  • as required Few green chillies
  • 1-2 tbsp oil ,as per taste Salt

Instructions

  • Choose thick chillies. Wash them and dry very well. Make big pieces of the chillies. Or, give your chillies a slit.
  • Heat up oil in a roti tawa. When it is hot enough, add the chillies. Stir them for even cooking. If you are already dip frying something, you can dip fry chillies in the same pan.
