  • 6 cup milk 3 cup sugar 4/5 elichi 2 cup khava
  • 1 packet falooda vermicelli
  • 1 packet jeely
  • 1 cup tuuti-futti
  • 1 cup rabdi 1 cup dry fruits
  • 1/2 cup rose syrup

Instructions

  • Take bowl put milk, sugar
  • Take mixer jar put sugar n elichi n grind it
  • As milk starts boiling put grinded sugar n elichi
  • Take small bowl put 1/2 cup milk n custard powder an mix well
  • Add custard milk in boiling milk an keep for 5/8 minutes to boil
  • Off the gas add khava an grind with hand mixer
  • As it cools keep in freezer for 8 hours an your khava ice cream is ready
  • Take bowl put falood vermicelli n water
  • An keep it for boiling till it Truns to soft
  • Take other bowl put water n keep till 1 boils come an add jeelyan mix well immediately
  • As it cools down in freezer for 2 hours an it will trun to soild
  • Take serving glass put rose syrup, khava ice cream, falooda vermicelli, jelly
  • An add rabdi, khava ice cream, rabdi, tuuti-futti, jelly, rose syrup chopped dry fruits
  • An your yummy Falooda with rabdi is ready to serve
