Ingredients

  • 1 grated carrots
  • 1 grated capsicum
  • 1 grated cabbage
  • Any grated or chopped veg of ur choice
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt, black pepper
  • 1 tspChilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar

Instructions

  • Mix all the vegetable ii n a bowl, add cornflour, salt, pepper
  • Make small balls, deep fry them golden brown
  • In a pan, add oil, chopped vegetables, saute it
  • Add balls nd sauces

Notes/Tips

We can add maida too if balls r bursting
