  • Sambar powder
  • Garam masala
  • Tomato chilli sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Toast parotta. After that, cut into desired size pieces. Chop the onions in to cubes and slice the capsicums into thin short strips. Crush the garlic and finely chop the ginger. Slit the green chillies and chop the coriander leaves, spring onion green part alone. Heat a broad non stick pan with oil and add the crushed garlic firstly, followed by ginger and slit green chillies. Continue frying until garlic is fragrant. In goes cubed onion and saute until translucent. Now add capsicum and saute furthermore for 30 seconds. After that, add spice powders, sauces and a sprinkle of salt to balance all the taste. Note that parotta already might be having salt. Give it a quick mix. 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder,½ teaspoon Sambar powder,½ teaspoon Garam masala powder,1 tablespoon Tomato chilli sauce,1 teaspoon Soya sauce In goes chopped parotta. Toss well to coat everything. Finally switch off the stove and add coriander, grated carrot and spring onion.
