  • Chapathi
  • Jaggery
  • Butter
  • Cardamom powder
  • Poppy seeds
  • Almonds
  • Pistachios

Instructions

  • Take 5-6 Leftover Dry chapathis. Fold them & break into pieces Put them in a Grinder & blend the rotis Blend to a coarse powder Remove the coarse powder in a bowl Mix the coarse powder of rotis with your fingers gently Take ¼ cup Jaggery Pre heat a Pan Add ½ Tbsp Clarified Butter. Pour the jaggery Stir well & melt the jaggery Once the jaggery has melted , turn off the flame. Add One Pinch Cardamom Powder Now pour the coarse rotis powder in the moist mixture Mix everything until well combined Make small balls from the mixture Coat the balls with poppy seeds Garnish with Almond & Pistachio flakes.
