Ingredients

  • Jaggery, banana,Wheatflr,butter,eno,maida,oil
  • Coffeepowdr,vanillaessence, baking pdr,cashew,badm
  • Butter paper,milk,cherries,chocochips

Instructions

  • Add 1 small banana,then jaggery 1 meaurement cup Add wheat flour and all purpose flour together 1 cup sieved Butter 1/2cup Refined oil:1/2cup Baking powder :pinch,then I have used ENO 1 spoon instead of baking soda ,it will give good digestion Milk :1small cup ,coffee powder :1spoon,vanillaessence Mix these ingredients well beat in a beater then after 1 an hour Transfer this batter in a cake pan with butter paper ,choco chips,cashew ,badam,tuttifruity as a base then keep it just 7 mins Healthy yummy banana jaggery cake will be ready

Notes/Tips

1:Always use jaggery rather than sugar so that it will be a healthy recipe and it will be good for health to both the children and old age people 2:kindly use ENO instead of baking soda so that it will give good digestion to our stomach
