  • 500 gram okra, 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic 2 elaichi, 2 lavang, 2 red chili
  • 4 tsp oil, 2 tsp mustard seeds and Jeera
  • 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 coriander powder, 1 tsp sabji masala
  • as per taste salt as, required Coriander

Instructions

  • Add oil and Fry okra, onion and tomato (cube size cut)
  • Use non-stick pan : add 1 tsp oil, Jeera, seeds and dry red chili, garlic paste, onion n tomato finely chopped all masala and salt make thick paste and keep aside.
  • Use non-stick pan : add 1 tsp oil, Jeera n rai, garlic, onion, tomato finely chopped paste add paste and cook for some time add okra, onion and tomato mix well. Serve with coriander Eat with rice, roti or naan.
