  • Puffed rice 3 cups
  • Chopped tomatoes cucumber onion 1 cup
  • Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  • Chat masala powder 1tsp
  • Chilli powder 1tsp
  • Salt for taste
  • Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chutney
  • Meta chutney
  • Mixture store bought 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • In big bowl add chopped vegetables like tomatoes cucumber onion grated carrot chilli powder jeera powder salt chat masala powder add green chutney and meta chutney mix well add some mixture and puffed rice mix well. Serve immediately garnish with some carrot onion and mixture.

Notes/Tips

Green chutney- coriander mint green chillies blend together. Meta chutney- tamrid pulp jaggery jeera powder salt and chilli powder mix in propper consistency and bring to boil point and cool down.
