Ingredients

  • For Stuffing:- 150 gm grated Cottage CheesePaneer
  • 2 medium sized chopped onion
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger
  • 1.5 tsp black salt
  • 1/2 tsp roasted Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Aamchur powder
  • as required Chopped coriander leaves
  • For dough:- 3 cup wheat flour
  • as required Water
  • as required Oil for cooking

Instructions

  • In a pot take all ingredients of stuffing,mix well and keep it aside.
  • In another pot take wheat flour and water,mix nicely and knead a soft dough.
  • Now divide dough in equal portion of medium sized balls and make a cavity in between the dough ball and place stuffing in this and seal it properly.....prepare all the dough balls with the same process.
  • Then make parathas from all the stuffed dough balls of even thickness.
  • Heat a pan or tawa and place parathas,apply oil and cook it from both the sides properly.
  • Aachari Paneer Paratha are ready to serve.
