Preheat a cast-iron skillet, griddle, or frying pan over medium heat. put 2tbsp oil , ½sp jeera , chill ,mix it well then add chopped onion ,tomato, carrot,boiled peas , boiled chopped patato and mix it well ,add 1sp salt , ½chill powder, ½termeric powder and stir it wait for 5 minutes and keep it aside till it gets cool on room temperature
cook tortillas over medium heat for about 30 to 45 seconds on each side or until you see some light brown spots, and the tortilla is puffy.
Then cut it from a centre to the one end
Apply red chill sauce on ¼ part of tortilla ,place rhe round shape carrot on the other ¼ part grate the cheese ¼ part and on the last ¼ part put the mixture of vegetables and roll it
Preheat the pan and apply butter on the wrap and heat it for 30 40 sec
Take the tortilla wrap grate cheese on top of it and your tortilla wrap is ready
