Ingredients.
Cauliflower- 250-350gm
Nutri-200gm
Onion - 2nos
Tomatoes - 2nos
Green chilli - 2nos
Garlic cloves - 6nos
Ginger - 1 nos
Curd- 100gm
Cumin seed - 1tbsp
Red chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4tbsp
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
Garam masala -1/4 tbsp
Asofoetida-1/2tsp
Fenugreek(kasoori methi) - 1/2 tbsp
Coriander- handfull
Salt - as required
Water - as required
Recipe:-
- Soak nutri in warm water untill it swells up.
- Squeeze out all the excess water from the nutri .Blend it in the grinder to get a coarsy texture.
- Wash and take out small florets of cauliflower.
- Churn out it coarsly in the grinder or you can chop it finely as well.
- Heat oil in a kadhai or pan.
- Add asofoetida and cumin seed.
- Once cumin seed pops up add chopped onions.
- Dont cook onion too much soon it become transculent add churned nutri and cauliflower.
- Cook them untill there water vapours off and it get a coarsy texture yet all the ingredients are together.
- Add fresh tomato puree and mix it well with the mixture.
- Add required amount of salt and mix well.
- In curd add all the spices and add the curd mixture into the ingredients and mix well untill the aromas of the spices start coming off.
- Add little little water and mix utnill it gets
