STRAWBERRY CHOCO CUP WITH FRUIT CUSTARD
INGREDIENTS:
1.Strawberry-4-5
2.White chocolate-1cup
3.Condensed Milk-1 tin box
4.Milk-1cup
5.Vanilla Custard Powder-2tsp
6.Fruits-chopped - Apple,grapes,Strawberry, pomegranate,banana.
7.Choco chips, sugar hearts shape for decoration
METHOD:
1.Melt chocolate and mix with blended juice of Strawberry and add 2tsp condensed milk.
2.Dip one balloon in it and freeze it in refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Decorate this with chocochips from outside surface.
3.Take a pan add milk in it and boil It.And add condensed milk in it .
4.Take custard powder and 2tsp milk in a bowl and mix well.
5.Mix this custard powder mix in milk pan and cook it until it become thick and then keep aside for cooling.
6.After custard will cool add fruits in it add choco chips.
7.Put this fruit custard in chocolate Bowl.And serve chilled Strawberry choco cup with fruit custard and enjoy.
