Lobongo Lotika
I first had lobongo Lotika during my visit to haflong (a small quaint Hillstation in Assam. The bengali families there would prepare lobongo Lotika during makar Sankranti.
This sweet became a part of my Childhood.
This diwali, I wanted to recreate the dish and with the help of my mother I managed to get an perfect replica of it
