Recipe ingredients: kiwifruit -3 nos. chopped red onion -1 no. Jalapeno pepper diced -1 Coriander/ cilantro (chopped) - little Lime juice -1/2 tablespoon Salt- required as per taste of individual Yields1 -2 Servings Recipe Method: 1) Wash, peel the skin of kiwis and cut the kiwis into quarter-inch sizes. 2)Next,chop up your red onion and coriander/ cilantro leaves into smaller pieces. 3)Dice the jalapeno . 4)Add the diced jalapeno, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to a large mixing bowl along with the chopped kiwifruits and red onion. Gently mix them all together to prevent this salsa from getting mushy. 5)Add salt to taste. 6) Enjoy the bright green and juicy tangy kiwi salsa !
