Everyone who loves chinese cuisine love Manchurians. Manchurians are ate along with fried rice,Noodles are even as a starter. Manchurian Balls are deep fried and also contain maida. Despite Being Tasty,They Are A Unhealthy.
So i gave this chinese cuisine a indian twist. I made manchurian balls with different sort of vegetables and instead of adding maida,i added suji,curd,baking soda to it. After that, I made small balls out of it and steamed them for a while.
Then i stir fried manchurian balls in just 2 Tbsp of oil. After that i prepared gravy for manchurians and added manchurian balls to it. This is how i made manchurians from suji and without deep frying it. These tasted exactly same as original ones..
