Healthy food can be tasty too

Method: Boil any pasta and do not forget to add some oil and salt in water. Stir fry veggies in 1 tbsp olive oil (onion, capsicum, carrot, green onion shallots, any other veggies of your choice) Make white sauce using equal amount of butter and all purpose flour. Cook well for 4 to 5 mins. Then add milk and stir continuously to avoid any lumps. Keep stirring and form a lump free sauce. Add mixed herbs, oregano, and chilli flakes. Add stir fried veggies to sauce. Mix well. Add boiled pasta to the mixture. Stir well to combine all things. Serve hot. Don't forget to add some green chillies and smoked garlic with grated cheese. Also add a few basil leaves for some freshness.
