Peas Carrot Pak Cooking time 1.30 hr... Ingrediants Peas : Cup Carrot gratted : 1 Cup Sugar : 2 Cup Ghee : 4 to 5 Tbsp Milk : 4 Cup Oil for greece Cashews chopped : 3 to 4 tsp Almonds chopped : 3 to 4 tsp Method * Grind Peas in a mixer and make paste. Now in a pan add 2 spoon ghee and saute the Peas paste. Now add 2 cup Milk stir continously till it become thick. * In a pan add 2 spoon ghee and saute gratted carrot. Now add milk and stir continously till it become thick. * Now in a pan make sugar syrup and add both the mixture and mix well. Now take one tray and greece it with ghee or oil.. Spread this mixture with spatula . Put cashews almonds over ot.. After 2to 3 hrs. Cut it into pieces...
