How to make ? Mixture - In curd add besan (lightly fried besan ) , salt, masala, chaat masala, red pepper, kasuri methi, cumin powder, black salt, garam masala, mint powder, haldi , butter, malai, onion garlic paste, add paneer / boil soya chaap. Mix it. Keep this mixture 1 hr in fridge. Now grill it.
