Here are some foods that should be included in men’s diet:
1. Almonds:
Almonds can provide good heart health due to the unsaturated fatty acids and reduce the risk of developing LDL (bad) cholesterol. The antioxidant in almond called flavonoid world together with vitamin E and increases the antioxidant activity.
Scientists have confirmed that almonds are essential for improving brain function and lowers the chances of deteriorating Alzheimer’s disease. Other than these benefits, almonds promote weight loss, increases body strength and controls hair fall.
2. Watermelon:
Watermelon contains an amino acid called L-citrulline which prevents erectile dysfunction. Once in the body, L-citrulline converts into L-arginine and stimulates the production of nitric oxide, which increases blood flow to the penis and helps in strengthening erections. It is also rich in lycopene which can reduce the risk of prostate cancer.
Potatoes, black coffee, cherries, spinach, pomegranate, and carrot are useful in preventing erectile and sexual dysfunction.
3. Milk:

While doing an intense activity, the body loses three important minerals known as electrolytes- calcium, sodium and potassium through sweating. Flax seeds have soluble and insoluble fibre and play a role as a prebiotic, thus building a healthy digestive system.

7. Yoghurt:

8. Guava:
