It is healthy, crunchy, and yummy and rich in fiber and a significant source of protein and carbohydrates.  It is diabetic friendly cutlet made with sprouted green moong dal and Yellow Moong dal, also oats flour, powdered Roasted peanuts, Flax seeds and Pumpkin seeds are used to bind the cutlets that can be served as a healthy evening snack along with Curd Dip, Green Chutney and a cup of Masala tea.
