Carrot phirni

Carrot Phirni 

INGREDIENTS :  

Carrot Gratted : 2 to 3 

Milk : half litre 

Sugar : 1/2 Cup 

Cardamon Powder : 1 Tsp 

Cashew : 1 to 2 Tsp 

Saffron : 4 to 5 threads dipped in milk. 

Rose petals little 

 

Method 

*Cook carrot in a milk till it become soft .

* Add sugar and mix it well 

* Add Cardemon powder, Cashews and heat till it become thick 

* While serving add saffron and rose petals.
