Method 

  1. Place a pan over medium flame and add in the milk and allow it to heat at low flame
  2. Then add the Ashwagandha powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg, crushed almonds, coconut oil and honey; and whisk it well 
  3. Sprinkle the turmeric and the crushed and dried rose petals
  4. Allow the blend to boil and drink it warm

A Word of Caution

Ashwagandha may interact with thyroid, blood pressure, and blood sugar medications; pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as people with autoimmune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis or lupus, should best avoid Ashwagandha.
