Baked Idli Pizza
Years back when we were away from our home land , India as a small boy my son loved pizzas. Different shapes, different cheeze . I too love the aroma of oregano, capsicum, corn, olives, jalapenos above all Olive oil.
Still in some corner of my heart I missed our indian food, the food we grew up with. Kept thinking what would make my son fall in love with Indian food . That's how this Baked Idli Pizza came into frame and he loved them. Years after during lockdown this is the best and healthier alternative to regular pizzas.
