Rosemary Watermelonade

Presenting- Rosemary Watermelonade -Tasty, cool, and yes- full of water! 

Ingredients:

  •  6 cups chopped watermelon
  •  1.5 cup fresh lemon juice or the juice of 6 fresh lemons
  •  1/2 cup sugar
  •  3 tablespoons honey
  •  6 cups water
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary

Method-

  1. Take a saucepan and boil 2 cups of water with sugar. 
  2. Once it melts, stir on honey and rosemary and turn off the heat.
  3. Juice the lemon, and remove the seeds. Puree the watermelon in a blender and add a splash of water if needed.
  4. Strain the rosemary water into a pitcher. Add in the watermelon puree and lemon juice.
  5. Fill the rest of the jar with cold water and drink up!
