While the older generation may or may not have treated drinking water more as a duty than a chore, the younger generation seems to suffer with this particular job. As human beings, we need to drink 12 to 15 cups of water every day to keep our health in check. And the young Indians just can not keep up with this number!

The reason behind this is not as simple as we think. With the added pressure from a young age, distractions to not engaging in self-care, there are many reasons for this problem. But let's talk about solutions today!

Rosemary Watermelonade

Presenting- Rosemary Watermelonade -Tasty, cool, and yes- full of water! 


  •  6 cups chopped watermelon
  •  1.5 cup fresh lemon juice or the juice of 6 fresh lemons
  •  1/2 cup sugar
  •  3 tablespoons honey
  •  6 cups water
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary


  1. Take a saucepan and boil 2 cups of water with sugar. 
  2. Once it melts, stir on honey and rosemary and turn off the heat.
  3. Juice the lemon, and remove the seeds. Puree the watermelon in a blender and add a splash of water if needed.
  4. Strain the rosemary water into a pitcher. Add in the watermelon puree and lemon juice.
  5. Fill the rest of the jar with cold water and drink up!
