Iced Coffee
Take a brew-tiful coffee break.
Ingredients -
- 3 tablespoons warm water
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup ice, as needed
- 180ml cold milk
Directions -
- Gather all the ingredients and combine with warm water, instant coffee & sugar in a jar. Seal & shake to make it foamy.
- Pour it into a glass and add ice and milk (adjust according to your taste).
- You can drizzle chocolate or caramel syrup for extra flavour.

Hazelnut Iced Coffee

Ingredients -
- 1 cup (240ml) brewed coffee (chilled) or cold brew
- 2 tbsp hazelnut syrup (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup (120ml) milk or cream (dairy or non-dairy)
- Ice cubes
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)
Directions -
- Use cold brew coffee
- Stir in hazelnut syrup (adjust to taste)
- Add ice cubes to a tall glass and slowly pour over the ice
- Stir in your choice of milk for creaminess
- Garnish with whipped cream and crushed hazelnuts or chocolate shavings

Cappuccino Iced Coffee
Grab a cappuccino on the way to the office today!
Ingredients -
- 30-60ml of espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee
- 120ml cold milk
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 1 tsp sugar or sweetener (optional)
- Frothed milk (for topping)
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional, for garnish)
Directions -
- Use an espresso machine, Moka pot, or strongly brewed coffee. Let it cool slightly
- Stir sugar into the warm espresso to dissolve
- Pour the espresso over the ice, pour in milk and stir
- Froth milk - Use a milk frother or shake cold milk in a sealed jar or blend it until frothy
- Pour the foam on top for the signature cappuccino texture
- Sprinkle cocoa powder or cinnamon for extra flavor.

Cold Coffee
Cafes in a Cup!
Ingredients -
- 240ml cold milk
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1-2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4-5 ice cubes
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream (optional, for extra richness)
- ½ tsp chocolate syrup (optional, for garnish)
Directions -
- In a small bowl, mix instant coffee with 2 tbsp warm water and sugar until dissolved.
- In a blender, add cold milk, ice cubes, coffee mixture, and (optional) ice cream. Blend until frothy and smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass. Drizzle chocolate syrup inside the glass for a café-style look
- Top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or cocoa powder (optional)

Cold Brew Coffee

Ingredients -
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans (medium to dark roast for best flavor)
- 4 cups filtered cold water
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Milk, cream, or sweetener (optional)
Directions -
- Coarse grind the coffee beans
- Combine coffee and water in a Mason jar, French press, or a cold brew maker. Stir well.
- Cover and steep for 12-24 hours in the fridge
- Use a fine mesh strainer, coffee filter, or cheesecloth to remove grounds
- Pour over ice and enjoy black, with oat milk, vanilla syrup, or sweet foam

Irish Coffee
A cup of Irish coffee is perfect for a cozy evening.
Ingredients -
- 1 cup (240ml) hot brewed coffee (medium or dark roast)
- 45ml Irish whiskey
- 1-2 tsp brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp lightly whipped heavy cream
- Cocoa powder or cinnamon (for garnish)
Directions -
- Pour hot water into a heatproof glass or mug, let it sit for a minute, then discard the water
- Brew hot coffee and stir in brown sugar until dissolved
- Pour in the whiskey and mix well
- Gently float lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon
- Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional)
