Indian-American influencer from San Francisco, Kamana Bhaskaran, calls her desi charcuterie boards “chaat-cuterie boards.” The board is filled with Indian snack favourites such as samosas, chutneys, dips, bhel puri, and Parle-G biscuits. Sweets like laddoos and jalebis were added to fill in space.
Together with the Shimla Municipal Corporation, Tetra Pak India donated 20 desks in the Senior Secondary School, Kasumpti. The desks are made from recycled carton packages, and the donation is part of Tetra Pak’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness about waste segregation and recycling.
As the restaurant is all set to open by the end of March 2021, the classic menu has already made waves among the food communities. SONA’s exquisite menu may include kofta korma in cashew sauce served with chilli cheese naan, prepared and curated by chef Hari Nayak.
