As they say, the French love their wine and cheese! It was observed that there was around 8% per cent growth in the demand for cheese during the lockdown. The demand for the classic pizza cheese- Mozzarella, surged by 21% in France. While the second most loved cheese was Raclette, a winter cheese and the demand for this one increased by 12%.

After this, he cuts half a slab of salted butter and adds the same to the jug, followed by coffee powder and sugar. The coffee is then steamed in an old-timey machine and served in a ceramic mug.
