Stress and Anxiety During Lockdown

In our daily lives, we get so busy with activities that most of us forget to look after our own-selves. Our mind and body must be treated by us like our child which is very pure, looked after, loved and cared for! In this period of Pandemic, where everybody is forced to lock themselves inside four walls, stress and anxiety are most common issues being faced. Stress is any demand placed on your brain or physical body. It can make you feel frustrated or nervous with or without any reason. Whereas, anxiety/panic is the reaction to stress which makes you filled with anger, fear, guilt or worry! Anxiety attacks occuring during lockdown can make people experiencing it more worried and stressed because they are following the same routine every single day.
