Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Users understand that registration to the website/application is free of cost. Any other charges that may be incurred shall be of the payment gateways and not Foodism.

Foodism solely reserves the right to cancel your order in case of any of the following circumstances:-

  1. Unavailabity of any/all the items with the Home Chefs ordered by you at the time of booking the order;
  2. If the Home Chefs opine that your desired delivery address falls in the delivery zone where they cannot deliver the order;
  3. Failure to deliver the order due to lack of proper details, information etc. derived from you ;
  4. Any other reasonable cause which may not be foreseen presently.

You are not entitled to cancel an order prior to two (2) days of it’s expected delivery, failing which Foodism will not be liable for crediting any points to your account as such cancellation will not be taken into consideration.

Further, you will be barred from cancelling an order if it is repeatedly found that you are bound to cancel orders, i.e. you cancel 5 orders in a 6 months calendar period.

Presently, Foodism does not offer any refunds, only credits of an equivalent or reasonably determined amount (as maybe determined by Foodsim in its sole discretion) to your Foodism account, which can be redeemed on your next order. Any decision on credits will be at Foodism’s sole discretion and shall be final and binding on all users. The amount will be credited in Indian Rupees (INR).
