Ingredients

  • 3 , Potato
  • 3/4 cup , Sama and sabudana powdee
  • 4 tbsp , Peanut powder
  • 1 tbsp , Chilli paste
  • 1 tbsp , Jeera powder
  • 1 tbsp , Kalimarchi powder
  • 2 tbsp , Lemon juice
  • As per taste , Salt

Instructions

  • Grate potatoes in a plate, add sama and sabudana powder , peanut powder, jeera powder, kalimarchipowder, lemon juice and salt and mix together
  • Then form nuggets from the mixture and keep in fridge for 5 min
  • Now in a kadai put oil and once it's hot deep fry all the nuggets till golden brown in colour . Place hot nuggets on tissue paper to absorb excess oil. Upvas nuggets are ready to serve. Enjoy upvas nuggets with green chutney

Notes/Tips

Can replace potatoes with sweet potatoes or raw banana. It's tasty and kids too enjoy it. Enjoy Fasting .
