  • 1 medium, Tomato
  • 4 table spoon, Ghee
  • 1/2 cup, Singhare ka atta
  • 1/2 cup, Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon, Chopped dry fruits
  • 1 teaspoon, Cardemom powder

Instructions

  • Grind the tomato. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté singhade ka atta for 3-4 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup water and sugar to tomato puree and boil till sugar dissolve. Mix to singhade ka atta and cook until halwa leaves the pan. Add dryfruit and cardamom powder.

Notes/Tips

Choose fresh red tomatoes. Roast the singhade ka atta on low flame.
