- Grind the tomato. Heat ghee in a pan, sauté singhade ka atta for 3-4 minutes. Mix 1/2 cup water and sugar to tomato puree and boil till sugar dissolve. Mix to singhade ka atta and cook until halwa leaves the pan. Add dryfruit and cardamom powder.
Choose fresh red tomatoes. Roast the singhade ka atta on low flame.
