Tender Coconut Pudding

  • 400ml, Milk
  • 20 grams, Gelatin
  • 400ml, Coconut juice/milk
  • 2, Tender coconut
  • 1 cup, Sugar
  • 1 diced into pieces, Soft coconut


  • Heat the milk
  • add the juice of 1 coconut, Let it boil
  • Dilute gelatin in 2 Tablespoons Of cold water and let it bloom, after that Microwave the gelatin for 12-15 seconds (if using sheets use lukewarm water)
  • Add the gelatin to milk and Coconut milk mixture
  • Cut the Coconut and into thin slices and Mix into the mixture
  • Put the mixture In a glass bowl and let sit for 3 hours
  • Garnish with tender Coconut and serve!


- You can add more sugar if you desire But You can also Cut down on it if you wish to not add it. - if you’re vegan you can always use coconut Milk Instead of milk
