  • Leftover idlis 4 -5
  • Curd 1/2 Cup
  • Salt To taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2 Tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Tandoori masala 1/2 Tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 Tsp
  • Jeera powder 1/2 Tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 Tsp

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by whisking the curd and adding all seasonings.
  • Pour the marinade over the idlis and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes. Remove and carefully deep fry / shallow fry / grill till done. Serve with any dip / chutney etc.
