Ingredients

  • 4 -5, Leftover idlis
  • 1/2 Cup, Curd
  • To taste, Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp, Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp, Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tsp, Tandoori masala
  • 1/2 Tsp, Garam masala
  • 1/2 Tsp, Jeera powder
  • 1/2 Tsp, Coriander powder

Instructions

  • Prepare the marinade by whisking the curd and adding all seasonings.
  • Pour the marinade over the idlis and keep in the fridge for 10 minutes. Remove and carefully deep fry / shallow fry / grill till done. Serve with any dip / chutney etc.
