Ingredients

  • 1 , Sweet potato
  • 1/2cup , Sabudana
  • 3-4tbsp , Sugar
  • 1tablespoon , Crushed Dryfruits
  • 1/2tsp , Cardamom powder
  • 1glass , Milk

Instructions

  • Take 2hrs soaked sabudana and Take Roasted or steamed sweet potatoe.remove the skin and smash it
  • Boil the milk. Add sugar and cardamom powder while milk is boiling. Then add sabudana in it.
  • After 5mins.add smashed sweet potatoes and mix it well .stir it upto kheer should be thick
  • Add saffron mix milk .Then add crushed dryfruits for garnish.

Notes/Tips

All ingredients are healthy. For immunity and also for kids this kheer is very energetic.
