Soya Wheat Ravioli Paratha & Creamy Mint Chutney

  • 200 gms , Wheat Flour
  • 75 Gms , Soya Granuels
  • As per taste , Salt
  • 1 tsp , Pepper
  • 1 Tsp , Chaat Masala
  • 1 , Green Chilli (Finely Chopped)
  • 4 Tbsp , Olive Oil
  • Handful , Mint Leaves Finely Chipped
  • 50 Gms , Curd
  • 1 Tsp , Oregano
  • 4 Cloves , Garlic Finely Chopped

Instructions

  • Take a bowl and add four salt and 1 Tbsp of olive oil and knead with luke warm water, Keep aside.
  • Now Soak the soya granules into hot water for 10 minutes and then squeeze off excess water.
  • Add salt, pepper chat masala and green chilly to the mixture and combine well.
  • For Chutney add mint, curd, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano to it and blend.
  • Now Take a ball sized flour and roll it thin. Cut it with the help of a cookie cutter or a sharp edged glass to shape them equally.
  • Add 1 tsp filling in each roundel and place the other on the top by sealing the edges with a fork.
  • Heat up a griddle and cook them over low heat with olive oil till black spots appear.
  • Serve on the bed of green chutney and enjoy the healthy tasty ravioli paratha.

Notes/Tips

You can also boil the raviolis as the traditional way nd then roast them over some fire to make it more exotic.
