  • One cup , Shingada flour

Instructions

  • First of all take all ingredients on one platform then n-tech the smash the potatoes in a flat bowl. Then add other ingredients at the end add flour
  • Mix it well and make a Doe keep keep as it is for 10 minutes then make a small cutlets
  • Now deep fry all cutlets on medium flame. Then serve it with curd or coconut chutney

Notes/Tips

Shingada flour is gluten free. Low fat contain.
