Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup , Soaked sabudana
  • 2 nos , Boiled mashed potato
  • 2 nos , Chopped green chili
  • 2 tbsp , Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp , Red chilli powder
  • as per taste , Rock salt
  • 4 tsbp , Crushed roasted peanuts
  • For frying , Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and soak sabudana for 4 hours.
  • In a bowl add sabudana, mashed potato, green chilies, chopped coriander leaves, crushed peanuts, red chili powder and salt. Mix it well.
  • Apply water on hand, and make small tikkis.
  • Fry them on medium low flame till they are golden brown
  • Crispy sabudana vada is ready to serve with chutney

Notes/Tips

Clean your hands when sabudana mix sticks to your hand.
