  • 1 cup , Sabudana
  • 1 tsp , Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp , Cumin Seeds
  • 7-8 nos , Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp , Peanuts
  • 1 no , Potato
  • 1 no , Green chili
  • as per taste , Rock salt
  • 1/4 tsp , Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp , Black pepper powder
  • 1 no , Tomato

Instructions

  • Soak the sabudana in water up to level when they are fully dipped. keep it for 4 hours.
  • In a pan add ghee/oil, cumin seeds let them splutter.
  • Add curry leaves, peanuts and roast it for a minute. Add diced potatoes let them cook for 4-5 mins till potatoes are done.
  • Add green chilies, salt, turmeric and pepper & toss it.
  • Now add the soaked sabudana / sago pearls, chopped tomatoes (optional). Cook it for 5 mins.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot

Notes/Tips

Wash sabudana properly before soaking.
