Ingredients

  • One cup, Rjgira flour
  • 2-3, Potato
  • Half cup, Shingada flour
  • 1tablespoon, Red chilli powder
  • Half tablespoon, Salt
  • 2tbsp, Crushed ground nut seeds
  • 2tbsp, Bhagar
  • One cup, Oil

Instructions

  • First of all take all material together. Boil the potatoes. Then take big flat bowl,in that bowl add all flours .
  • Then add smashed potatoes in flour. All other ingredients also add it.
  • With out adding water mix all ingredients and make a dove.
  • Rest the dove for 10 minutes.
  • Then take half portion of dove and make a thin chapati with using rajgira flour on flat surface.
  • With the help of cutter cut puris.keep oil in pan and then fry it on medium flame.
  • These puris are very crispy so many of them are eating as it is but puris are served with coconut chatni in fast.

Notes/Tips

In fast many people are not eating jeera,coriander curry leaves they can avoid those things while making. You can also add sabudana flour.
