Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup , Oats
  • 1 cup , Rawa
  • 1/2 cup , Dahi
  • As per taste , Salt
  • 1 table spoon , Rai
  • 1/2 spoon , Oil

Instructions

  • Soak a suji in dahi for 5 minutes. Grind oats. Take a bowl mix suji ,oat,salt and make a thick paste.(add water if required)
  • Heat appe mould grease with oil. Sprinkle rai Pour the mixture in mould and cook from every side. Take out from mould. Serve it hot with dahi dip.

Notes/Tips

If you want add chopped vegetables. For dips- Take a hung curd add salt and cumin powder and mix well. Heat oil in tadka pan add rai When its crack pour it in dahi.
