  • 50 GM's each, Kuttu and Rajgira aata
  • 50 gms, Paneer
  • Salt as per taste,chopped 2 or 3 chillies, 1/4 cup, Green chilli, green container, Sendha namak, roast
  • Ginger 1 TSP grated, Curry leaves, Ginger, mint leaves


  • Mix well all flours and masalas + all green leaves. Now make a Pakori like consistency batter using water. Start heating the Refined oil or Desi ghee in kadhai. Cut paneer in small cubes pieces dip one piece in batter and pour in to oil. Fry it till brown


This is instant Falari pakora mix the water in the flour instant and make pakoras. If you will keep batter for one hour also..the batter will become more liquid.then you can't make pakoras. In this condition add more flour and spices into it. Instead of paneer you can use Potato cubes also.
