  • 2 cup, Sooji
  • 1/4 cup, Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp, Baking soda
  • To taste, Salt
  • 2 tbsp, Green peas
  • 2 tbsp, Cabbage
  • 2 tbsp, Capsicum
  • 2 tbsp, Podi masala
  • 2 tbsp, Sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp, Oil for shellow frying
  • 2 tbsp, Peanut
  • 2 tbsp, Coconut shreded
  • 8-10, Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp, Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp, Cumin seeds
  • Pinch of, Hing
  • 1 cup, Curd

Instructions

  • In a bowl mix sooji and rice flour. Add salt and curd into it.
  • Add water to prepare idli like batter.
  • Add chopped cabbage, capsicum, green peas, carrots into it.
  • Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes.
  • Add baking soda into it and mix well.
  • Prepare small uttapas using this batter. Apply little oil while preparing uttapa.
  • Once all uttapas are prepared, we will make one tadka for it. For that hear oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and pinch of hing.
  • Also add podi masala, curry leaves, peanut and sesame seeds into it . Mix it well.
  • Add all the uttapas into tadka and roll over well.
  • Serve with dip or idli chutney
