  • 300gm, Small lauki
  • 500ml, Milk, full fat
  • 4tbsp, Sugar
  • 1tbsp, Chopped nuts
  • 1/2tbsp, Ghee


  • *boil 500ml full cream milk in a heavy base pan, add 3-4tbsp sugar and cook it to reduce…
  • *peel small size lauki, remove seed part of it.. now grate it. *take a pan on medium flame, add 1/2 tbsp ghee.. add grated lauki and cook it.
  • *add this lauki to milk and cook it until you get a thick creamy consistency. Topped it with some chopped nuts and enjoy it with your family and friends.
