Ingredients

  • 250 gms , Dry grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon , Black pepper powder
  • 15 - 20 , Almonds
  • 4 -5 tablespoon , Melon seeds
  • 2 tablespoon , Rasian
  • 2 tablespoon , Fennel seeds
  • 100 gms , Rock sugar / Mishri
  • 60ml , Ghee

Instructions

  • First Almonds, melonseeds, and fennel seeds add in mixer jar and Coarsely grind all three things in a mixer jar
  • Put a spoon of ghee inside a pan, Put the ghee in the pan and heat it, Put black pepper powder inside it in low flame of gas and cook it for 1 minute.
  • At some stage, add crushed powder of almonds and fennel and Melon seeds to it. and then fry for 1 minute
  • After this, add grated dry coconut to it. And mix it well and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes.
  • After mixing well, take out all the things in a plate and keep them.
  • Now put 100 grams of sugar candy in the same pan and make syrup by adding one-fourth cup of water to it.
  • Let the sugar syrup boil well for two-three minutes till then, Here we do not have to make any wire syrup. just need a thick syrup like honey, When a wire is about to be formed here, then our sugar syrup has become perfect. It should be understood.
  • All the things that we had knitted at this time, put all the things in it. And mix it well with sugar syrup.
  • Mix everything well in it. Later add raisins to it. And mix well
  • After mixing well, take out all the mixture in a plate.
  • And then after it cools down a bit, make small medium sized ladoos out of it.
  • These laddoos remain good for 15 to 20 days and also remove the problem of migraine. Also enhances eyesight. And also increase the immunity power.

Notes/Tips

Eating a laddu with a glass of milk every morning increases strength in the body. The problem of migraine is removed and the eyesight also increases and the body remains energetic and by eating it, the immunity power also increases.
