Iced Coffee Jelly

  • 2tsp, Coffee
  • 4-5 tsp, Sugar
  • Water 2cups
  • 1/2cup, Coconut/ almond milk
  • 2-3tsp, Agar agar


  • Add 2TSP of coffee in 3cup hot water for 2minutes. Strain it. and keep it aside. Now in a pan add 1/2 cup water , agar agar powder, sugar. mix it untill it dissolve properly. Now add 1/2 cup coffee water mix it for 1minute. keep it aside.
  • On another pan add coconut milk, sugar, agar agar powder and mix well. now add 1/2 cup coffee water and mix it.
  • Now take bowl/ mould/ jar as per your choice and put first layer of coffee. keep it in a fridge for 5minutes. now put another layer of coffee with milk. Repeat this process 4-5 times. serve cool. your can garnish it with cream. Enjoy.


Serve it cold.
