  • 1 tbsp , Maple Syrup / Honey
  • 1/4 tsp , Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp , Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 1 tsp , Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp , Powdered turmeric
  • 2 tsp , Crushed Pepper
  • To taste , Salt
  • 1 cup , Cooked organic quinoa
  • 1/2 cup , Carrot
  • 2-3 nos. , Spring Onion
  • 1/2 cup , Green Bell Peppers
  • 1/4 cup , Fresh Mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp , Walnuts
  • 1/4 cup , Blanched Corns
  • 1/4 cup , Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup , Apple (diced)
  • 1 nos. , Lettuce
  • 1/2 cup , Purple cabbage (finely chopped)

Instructions

  • Serve the freshly served salad in a lettuce bowl !!

Notes/Tips
