  • Banana 1 piece
  • Sapota (Chickoo) 1 piece
  • Strawberry 6 medium pieces
  • Probiotic vanilla Yoghurt 1 packet
  • Soya Milk (Vanilla) 1/2 cup
  • Pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower 2 tbsp
  • Chia seeds 1 tbsp
  • Kiwi 1/2 piece
  • Fruits n Nuts Muesli 1/2 cup

Instructions

  • In a mixer, grind 3/4 Banana, 3-4 strawberries chopped, 1/2 Chickoo, yoghurt and milk.
  • add chia seeds and grind for 1 round. Next,Pour the mixture in a bowl and add rest chopped fruits (Chickoo, banana, strawberry, kiwi) And Muesli. Sprinkle seeds. It's Ready to serve!
