  • 250gm , Gond
  • 1 cup , Wheat flour
  • 1 cup , Jaggery
  • 1/4 cup , Ghee
  • 1 tbsp , Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup , Dryfruit powder
  • 2 tbsp , Dry ginger powder

Instructions

  • Now add Dryfruits to jar and grind it finely. In the wheat flour kadai add gond paste, fined grind Dryfruit, cardamom powder, dry ginger powder , grated jaggery and mix well..don't on the gas flame.

Notes/Tips

Excellent for joints and muscles and boost immunity and keeps health good. A small ladoo daily..
