  • 1 cup , Whole green moong dal
  • 1 cup , Oats powder
  • 1/2 tsp , Finely chopped green chilly
  • 2 tbsp , Finely chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp , Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • to taste , Salt
  • 2 tbsp , Oil

Instructions

  • Soak whole green moong dal for 4 - 5 hours. Drain and make a paste.
  • Add oats flour,chopped onion, salt and one cup of water to make a batter. Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add one tbsp batter and spread it. Drizzle one tsp oil.
  • Flip it and cook both the sides. Serve hot.
