  • 5 medium size , Boiled potatoes
  • 5 big size , Peeled Raw potato
  • 1 bowl , Makhana
  • 1/2 bowl , Mungfali dana
  • 2 bunch , Dhaniya patti
  • 2-3 , Hari mirch
  • 1 spoon , Jeera, dhaniya powder
  • As per taste , Falhari namak
  • 1/2 bowl , Kuttu atta
  • For frying , Oil
  • As per taste , Anchur powder
  • 2 spoon , Lemon juice

Instructions

  • For falahari potato bhel Firstly grate raw potato wash it and dry on kitchen towel. Heat oil in kadahi deep fry grated potato.
  • Then fry makhana and mungfali. If want fry sabudana also.
  • Take a big bowl add fried potatoes,makhana, mungfali salt ,jeera powder,lemon juice dhaniya patti. And mix it well.
  • For batata Vada In a bowl take boiled and peeled potato, add salt dhaniya ,jeera powder, amchur powder, dhaniya patti ,hari mirch crushed whole dhaniya ( if want) and mix together and make a ball as your choice size .
  • Another bowl take kuttu atta ,salt ,lal mirch powder and make a thick batter. Heat oil in kadahi . Dip and coat aloo ball in batter and fry all on medium heat.
  • Serve potato bhel and batata vada with tea.

Notes/Tips

If want add crushed mungfali in boiled potatoes.
